Affiliate programme terms

These terms apply to anyone who joins the Asia Peptide Supply affiliate programme at asiapeptide-supply.com/affiliate. The programme is operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address], Hong Kong. By joining you accept them.

1. The programme

You receive a personal link (/r/your-code) and a private dashboard. You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or partner of [Company legal name], and you cannot bind us to anything.

2. Commission

Commission is 30% of the product subtotal of each qualifying order: what the buyer pays for the compounds after kit discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. We may change the rate for future orders; a commission already created keeps the rate it was created with. Orders placed by you, or with your own e-mail address, do not qualify.

3. Attribution

An order is attributed to the last affiliate link the buyer followed in the same browser within 30 days, provided the buyer accepted the referral cookie. We decide attribution disputes using our records, and our decision is final.

4. When commissions are earned and paid

• Pending once the order is paid. Approved once it has shipped. Void if it is cancelled or refunded.
• Approved commissions are paid by hand in USDT (TRC20) or USDC (Polygon) to the wallet in your payout details, once your approved balance reaches €50.00. Smaller balances roll over.
• Network fees may be deducted. Keep your payout details correct: we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address you provided.

5. How you may promote

• Present the products only as laboratory research materials. Make no health, therapeutic, dosing, protocol, results or before-and-after claims, in any language or channel, and do not suggest use by humans or animals.
• Disclose that your link is an affiliate link wherever the law or the platform requires it.
• No spam or unsolicited messages, no paid search ads on our brand name, no content aimed at minors, no fake reviews or testimonials, no cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
• Comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to you.

6. Suspension and termination

We may refuse, pause or close an account, and void commissions earned in breach of these terms or through fraud or abuse. You may stop at any time by writing to support@asiapeptide-supply.com; approved commissions are still paid.

7. Your data

We store your name or brand, e-mail, payout details and earnings to run the programme, as described in our privacy notice. Your dashboard link works as a password: keep it private.

8. Liability and governing law

The programme is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to unpaid approved commissions. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
