All 27 EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Monaco.

Methods

• Standard tracked: 5–7 days, €15.00, free on orders from €200.00.
• Express: 2–3 days, €50.00.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment in neutral, temperature-protected packaging, with the certificate of analysis for each lot available on request.

United States

• Tracked: 2–4 weeks, longer if held at customs, €15.00, free on orders from €200.00.

US parcels clear customs individually; delivery times above are an estimate, not a guarantee, and a hold at customs can extend them. Any import duty, tax or customs fee is the buyer's responsibility and is collected by the carrier or customs on delivery, not included in the price you pay us.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't moved for 10 business days, or arrives damaged, e-mail support@asiapeptide-supply.com or message us on WhatsApp (+852 8415 3676) with your order number and photos. We'll reship or refund.

Returns

Unopened products in their original seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is at your cost. Opened vials cannot be returned.
