Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on asiapeptide-supply.com, operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address], Hong Kong ([Company / VAT number]).

1. Products

Products are sold for in-vitro research only as described in our research use policy. Product descriptions identify the compound; they make no claim about effects in humans or animals.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown before payment. Card and SEPA payments are processed by third-party regulated providers; crypto payments are processed through our payment partner. An order is confirmed once payment is received in full.

3. Delivery

We dispatch within 48 hours of payment. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Returns

For safety and integrity reasons, opened or temperature-exposed research materials cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't match its certificate of analysis, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

5. Refusal of orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, where we suspect use outside research purposes or a breach of these terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

7. US buyers

If you order from the United States, this section supplements section 1: products are not evaluated by the FDA and are sold strictly for laboratory research by a qualified researcher or institution, not for resale, consistent with our research use policy. These terms, including section 6 on liability, apply in full; nothing here limits any right you have under US federal or state consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
